    In 2018 I purchased a fence and installation through MCR fence. The day they finished the white vinyl fence slats started falling out. The fence post are not secure and slats are too short. I have gone back and forth with him and he came out once when I was at work and said it was fixed. I even gave him the extra slats I had to do the work. Out of the ***** messages he keeps telling me its under warranty for 5 years including labor. He admitted the guy he had installing them at the time did a horrible job on many houses. Im 5 years into asking him please make it right. He says he will but never gives me a time for an appointment. Just ignores me. The slats fall out when ever we have wind. I think its about 5 separate sections that do this. I sent him a video of all of it and still nothing. I just want it fixed properly. *** treated him with the most respect even thou he doesnt deserve it. I cant believe people can just s**** you over and be ok with it.
