      I've had my car for 4 months now and haven't missed a payment, but now that my car is revealing previous transmission issues, I can barely get anyone to answer the phone and if they do they hang up when I ask about the 90 day warranty. Now that the warranty is up I'm told to take it elsewhere for repairs which I don't mind but now after dealing with all the ***** sales **** and service department I'm starting to realize I made a HUGE MISTAKE dealing with InstaCredit Automart. I've accepted the fact that I'm now a slave to the loan they tied me to. My Jeep compass is not worth the total amount of the loan according to ***** blue book. I'm paying $335 every two weeks for a vehicle I cannot drive and I'd rather not waste money into repairing it myself because I have no knowledge of what was done to the transmission before I got it. I was told that the vehicle was in an accident before and certain things were fixed but there's no history of the transmission being worked on. IF YOU HAVE TO FINANCE A VEHICLE DO NOT GO THROUGH INSTACREDIT AUTOMART OF ************. I had to call another location just to get my questions answered.

      This is a terrible place who take full advantage of anyone who walks thru the door, I spent Thousands on a car that has lasted barely over a year and yet you still want money, 900 a month for a car I can't even drive

      Ive had this car since 2022 transmission issues really bad and I cant even get a trade or anything cant get them to fix it but they want their money unfair and I went to a car repair shop for a tune up and was told to get another car because that transmission is going bad so I called insta credit and all they said waa oh im sorry to hear that but you still will be responsible for the payments even if the car isnt running. Like huh really

      I feel as if I'm being harassed by Insta credit. I had an issue with my car that I had to contact the BBB for help. The issue has been since been resolved but I feel as if im being harassed. I Paid my car note Friday and my car was shut off Sunday. I called and the lady told me that they can shut my car off whenever a payment is missed. They also are not reporting to the credit bureau. Its no where on my credit says Instart cart credit

      I think this is a bunch of ********, not nothing I heard but
      from experience. I told my son not to go up there ****** with them
      folks and he went anyway. How the **** you have a car 3 days with a
      major oil leak, the turbo even leaking, then they want you to pay for a
      diagnostic to see IF ITS SOMETHING THEY ARE GOING TO FIX, DF YOU MEAN IF
      YOU GONNA FIX IT, haven’t even been able to break the car in good, I
      wouldn’t recommend my dog to them!!!!!!!! Poor business!!!

      I purchased a vehicle in 2019 at the insta credit Auto Mart location in ****** ********. After that purchase my account manager named ***** who works in ************ ******** has been the person taking care of my account the whole time. I just want to let InstaCredit AutoMart know that he is one of the most incredible account managers I have ever worked with in my 63 years of life. He has worked with me wholeheartedly through the pandemic to help me keep my car without losing it and yes it got locked down a couple of times but I was able to work through all of that with him and the way he has taken care of this situation and my account and helped me through my terrible times during the pandemic is amazing. I am so happy today because my car was paid off finally. I was quite late paying it off but like I said he worked with me wholeheartedly and helped me through this bad financial situation that I went through. A lot of it was due to health issues on my part and he still made sure that I could keep my car. I appreciate everything that ***** did and I appreciate InstaCredit automart for having such a wonderful account manager. I am more than appreciative to InstaCredit AutoMart for working with me especially to ***** who took care of my account for three and a half years. If I want a new car in the near future you will be the choice I make to get one thank you very much and God bless you all and I hope you have a wonderful day. Thank you .....******************************

      I literally just got the car Thursday and it wouldn’t turn on last night. Called and they told me the service department is closed on weekends and they won’t be able to do anything until Monday. I told them I have to work Monday and would rather just look at a different vehicle because it even says in the cars paperwork the batteries been replaced multiple times and they refused! Told me I couldn’t even do that until after service looks at it on Monday. I now have to miss another day of work Monday, I have no car and can’t get anywhere this weekend and I’m just **** out of luck. I probably will not be getting another car from these people I’m honestly so disheartened and disappointed. They were kind of one of my last hopes and now I have no clue what I’m going to do about a car, but I don’t know if I’m willing to trust them anymore. I honestly only applied with them for the $250 down and after multiple applications they’ve never actually honored that for me. They say it’s based off of credit but realistically if people had great credit they wouldn’t be getting a car from these guys.

      Right now I'm in my second vehicle from insta credit Auto Mart in ****** I'm very happy and satisfied with the products and customer service.When I first started with InstaCredit automart ****** my account manager was always courteous understanding the willing to help me find ways to ownership. Well she is no longer my account manager now Ms **** is my account manager and she's done nothing more than pick up the mantle that ****** left behind and showed me that their customer service is truly above and beyond. Most professional staff I've ever worked in with any of my endeavors. Five stars for InstaCredit automart in ******.

      **** has been awesome to me she has worked with me a lot the last couple months with me losing my job I really appreciate all the times she has helped me out thanks soooo much for working with me!!!
