    This is a horrible business to rebt from, the place is all nice then to landlord Don't and won't fix anything unless you threatened them but that doesn't even work, they have criminal charges against them for fraud, But they want to file charges against you When you are late on rent, and once again, they don't want to fix anything. This is not a good place to rent the address that I was rentung from is ************************************** moline. I wouldn't rent this place. To a homeless person, that's how bad this company is. Talking with neighbors now I see why they can't keep tenants in this place. True definition of a SLUM LANDLORD!!

    *************** slumlords that like to make false stuff up lets there maintenance people steal like send death threats this company is the worst they let people live in terrible conditions

    I helped him find someone to rent the apartment after I broke the lease so he wouldn't be out money. He illegally entered my apartment and cleared it out, stealing my stuff. He does not have any property ins. So if u fall on the broken cement in the drive, he will claim it's on ur renters ins because he has none. He will not fix anything. What was broke before a person moved in he will say that you did it to keep your money. BAD BAD MANAGEMENT. He only communicates thru a text app so you won't ever know who your talking to. DO NOT RENT fro.these ppl they will s**** you over.
