      My husband and I were planned to be married there on October 18th 2020. But due to Covid we had to cancel. We first made a payment with them on September 19th 2019 for $1000. Second payment was another $1000 on December 26th 2019, and a third payment of $1,133 on February 19th 2020. When Covid hit I called up the same month of February of 2020 to cancel the ceremony and postpone the reception for next year. We ended up getting married at a small chapel on 10/18/2020 instead. I made an appointment with same coordinator on 1/19/2021 to talk about the reception. We booked for reception for 10/9/2021. We had already paid $3,233 and had leftover balance of $120.24. On 2/24/2021 I called up the wedding coordinator to cancel the reception due to health issues and not enough guests. They said they would refund us everything but the deposit. Months I would call them up and was getting the run around. We have not received our money. I have left my information to an employee for manager to call me back and they never did. They have offered me to have an event there but I refused and told them I just wanted our money back. I have not heard anything back since. I let time go by thinking maybe they were struggling financially and they would eventually get around to sending our money but seeing as they are still having events there they couldn't be hurting too bad. Now it's 8/19th/2022 and I have had enough of waiting for them.
