They fail to do what theyre supposed to do and then lie about everything. Took my two kids here for *** treatment and did everything that was asked of me. Had a consultation and Dr. **************** said her team would reach out the next day to go over everything and no one did! I called asking for more information and got a vague response about the *** and I was sent an email saying to sign and return with deposit but I couldnt open any documents. I later went in for mercury removal and again asked for *** documents to be emailed to me and ****** said she would email me everything. I never got an email. I went back because now I was in pain from the temp crown they convinced me to get in order to save the mercury removal tooth and again asked ****** about the *** and told her I never received anything via email. ****** then informed me that I was too late and would need to get impressions for both of my kids again in order to do the *** and that would be an additional $350. They never did their job and I wasted so much money and time trying to get them to give me information. I ended up having major problems with the tooth they removed the mercury from and they reassured me I would get my money back if I choose to have it extracted or the money I payed would be used for the permanent crown after they did a root canal on that tooth! I did not want a root canal and chose to have it extracted. They dont answer the phone! ****** said she would call me once she spoke with office manager and never did! they cant give me the money back. I reminded them of what they said and she said it will take a couple of weeks to do a correct claim with insurence but wanted to convince me to get an implant with them and use the crown they have for the implant. I expressed my frustration with the office and that I didnt want to have anything done there again after the nonsense they put me through! They will lie and not answer you phone calls and lie that they left you voice mails.

We would love to respond to this. In order to so, this person needs to sign a HIPAA release allowing us to communicate with the BBB. Once this has been received we can release records, and communication on our end.
