02/16/2024 I paid the business $35 for a day of dog daycare. I just want answers and the owner is avoiding me. I want to start by saying I have told several people if something happens or my dog is acting strange please call/text me and I can either pick him up or arrange someone else to pick him up. No one called me this day at all or texted me. I took my dog to daycare on Friday Feb. 16th and he came home a whole different dog. He was extremely stressed out. I picked him up and he was shaking the whole way home. Got home and he was drooling and couldnt get comfortable. Every little noise he heard he would jump up and become restless again. When I went to pet him and he didnt see me, he coward down. The next day he was outside and his tail wasnt curled and he wasnt even pointing nor was he barking at anything. That evening he started to growl and show teeth at our other dog. I just want to speak with the owner so I know what happened so I can move forward with getting him back to his normal self. I have tried calling several times to speak with her and either people arent telling her or she is avoiding me which seems like something happened and she doesnt want to tell me. I just want answers.

    Good morning.

I am just now seeing this message re: this complaint which has subsequently been managed outside of this platform (my contact address has changed on this account). The individual that filed this complaint also posted a negative review on ****** which I responded to via the ****** account. Prior to that review, both the daycare supervisor and I had phone conversations with this individual. We verified at that time that this individual, despite the concerning behavior, never took her dog to his vet to verify any medical issues, nor did this person visually document any of this behavior to share with me or my management team. I did promise to call once I had done my due diligence. After the review, all communication was managed via email due to concerns regarding accuracy about any details regarding this matter. This individual agreed to meet face-to-face with me and my management team which handle the day-to-day operations and had first hand knowledge of any issues. This meeting was to take place at our business location (************************************) on Thursday, 3/14/24 @ noon. My management team and I were in attendance at the proposed location, date & time, however, this individual never showed up nor did she communicate on that day the reason for not attending our scheduled meeting. I did email at 12:42pm on 3/14/24 explaining we were there and ready to meet but unfortunately she never showed up. We waited for 20 minutes. I have never heard from her again regarding this matter.

Please let me know if you would like copies of our emails regarding this matter. Based on what we did and how we handled this situation, both I and my management team believe we have satisfied any requirements to rectify this situation.

Thank you, and please let me know what the next steps are to address this issue.
