    The limo itself was not up to par; the flooring was taped down with purple tape. My foot got caught under it. The audio outlets were coming out of the wall. The ceiling was leaking water. Overall it was dirty inside. It wasn&#**;t worth the $600 we paid. The personnel was unprofessional. I called them the day after the use of the limo to let them know. They said they would call back but they never did. I was hoping to get our deposit back. I did speak to the supervisor and he said that he had rented it out to bridal party before us. The supervisor said they don&#**;t give any kind of reimbursement. The driver was not on time. He went to the wrong location. He was an hour late. They did compensate for that. The driver was not told that the gratuity was included in the fee we paid. He took our liquor and cups and drove off.

    We certainly appologize for the confusion regarding the pick up location.  Once we discovered the error, we immedialty rectified the situation and added the missed to per our signed agreement.  We are sorry the bus did not meet their liking.  We did have an unruly group prior to this customer and caused damage to the vehicle.  No other buses were available, so we provided the transporttion requested.  The customer had full use of the vehilce the entire time contracted plus some extra.  Per the dash cam footage of the event, the customers seemed to have a great time.   The customer agreed to our transportation rules which prohibit cash refunds.  We are happy to offer a discount on a future rental and invite the customer back for a more typical experience.
