      I was in a car accident on February 2, 2022 where I lost control on ice and hit a concrete median. The car was not drivable due to airbags being deployed in addition to other mechanical issues. I had the car towed to Quality Collision in ********, **. They had my car for over 4 months. I was told several times that they were just waiting on a certain part. After that part arrived, they found more parts were missing and it delayed the car being ready. I had to move flights back to ********* and pay differentials because the car wasn't ready when it was initially quoted. I asked *** (service advisor) multiple times to speak with ***** (the owner) to voice my frustration and ***** never reached out. When I finally went to pick up the car, I immediately found that they did not do any of the paint work that was needed for the car and there was a loud metal on metal screeching noise coming from the car. They failed to do their part to identify everything that was wrong with the car and has since led to a nightmare situation with insurance. I have since had to take the car to Land Rover to get more work completed. I have paid over $5,600 out of pocket and that is for the wheel hub assemblies and bearings that were bent, knuckles that were cracked, and brakes and rotors that were warped from the wreck. The car still needs body work and paint work along the entire driver's side. While the car was at the Land Rover dealership for the wheel repairs, they identified that one of my rims had been switched. Quality Collision had put my damaged/destroyed rim and tire back in my trunk and put my spare rim and tire on the car. This should have also been replaced as part of the insurance claim. All of these issues stem from Quality's neglect to identify issues and accurately report them to insurance to get the car back to the condition it was in prior to the wreck. It has been 7 months since the wreck and the car is still not fixed completely.
