- If you're not happy, we're not happy! At Gun Storage Solutions, we aim to please, so if you're not completely pleased with your order, we'll do whatever we can to make it better!
Read our simple Returns and Replacements Policy below, follow the steps for the type of transaction you want to make, and remember, you can always contact us with any additional order or product-related questions or issues!
All return packages must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us. Please call or email to let us know when to expect the returned product. Customer must pay to ship the product back. Our return address is as follows:

After receiving the product we will issue the refund. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt. Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method. Refund requests made to expired credit cards will be issued in the form of a store credit. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping erro
The following items are non-refundable:
Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date
Returns damaged by the customer
Follow these instructions in the instance of a missing or incorrect item in your package;
Call or email to let GSS know a mistake has been made.
In the case of a missing item, GSS will send a replacement the next business day. If you have received the wrong item, we will provide you with a return shipping label to ensure delivery back to our facility.
