    **** and ***** towed a car for the city of ***************, these tows for hook up start at $355 minimum. They charge irrational fees and over charge the consumers who are left between a rock and hard place. For one tow that the car was I'm their Possession. They charged two days which the total bill came to $955 for one day of service and the young lady was told she could not get her personal possessions unless the tow fee was paid. This is nothing short of extortion and robbery. I recommend No One Willingly use *********** and that the ****************** that currently contract with them. End their contracts and use other tow companies in that area that are honest and display integrity. Not dishonesty , greed and disdain and take advantage of the community

    My sister became stranded at a nearby rest area. I was in a different state trying to help her. It was very late at night. I called and ***** was SO helpful. He answered my questions with respect. He gave me options. As I was talking to him, he was texting his worker and arranging for him to go help my sister. I was able to pay over the phone for any service she needed.
    My sister later explained that the worker brought his fiancé. She called a few hotels and negotiated a lower rate for my sister, asked my sister where she wanted to stay, and then called and reserved the room for her.
    The next morning, they got to work on my sister's car right away. They were in communication with her about the progress. ***** called me as I had asked to take care of the bill and again, I was able to pay over the phone. He was getting ready to bring the car to my sister at her hotel.
    I explained about his worker bringing his fiancé and how much I appreciated that. He said, "yep, that was on purpose. we have moms, aunts, sisters, and nieces. we know what they go through and we try to be aware of what will help a single woman be more comfortable."
    I recommend this place to the highest degree possible. Thank you for everything you did to help my sister and for helping me know that she was safe and her car was being taken care of, for getting her safely to a hotel, and for bringing the car to her the next day.
