    I made a mobile order purchase online at 9:41 am and picked it up via drive thru. After retrieving my coffee from the nasty mannered female in the window, I pulled over to try it before leaving the location because coffee from this location is usually hit or miss. USUALLY A MISS! Of course, the coffee wasn't right so I get back in the long drive thru line and let them know the order was bad. I get back to the window, the same nasty attitude troll was at the window, and she says "give it to me" with an attitude of course. So I asked her does she have a problem, what's with the attitude? She says, "girl, whatever". I'm a fully grown woman, girl where?! I drove off. Before even getting down the street the lid came off of the coffee and spilled in my vehicle. That was it, and I went inside of the store. I talked to someone named ******* and told him what happened, and of course he didn't care and wanted to dispute that the coffee was not opened because he fixed it himself. Next, the female from the window walked up and I asked ******* for her name, and he said ******. She told him, "don't tell her my name". I told her to shut up because this wasn't any of her business. She proceeds to say "you fat nasty *****, wit yo mad ass" and kept repeating it. Of course I retorted back in defense of myself against this troll. Instead of ******* immediately making her leave the work floor, him and another male employee thought it was funny. But when he saw it about to escalate because the b**** wasn't about that life that's when me l he kept telling me to leave. You have very unprofessional employees working there and I'm sure you know that. I have enclosed a video of some of the incident and photos. I will be contacting the Attorney General and the health department. ****** has on disgusting fingernails and handling food with no gloves, as well as the other employees. Apparently your machines aren't clean if the coffee tastes funny most of the time. It's something unsanitary
