    There's no option for a negative star but if there were, that's how I'd rate this venue. I'm underwhelmed by the professionalism of the staff/management of The Atrium. Condescending and a blatant disregard for our concerns and questions was the tone we were met with during each interaction with The Atrium. When a consumer is spending their money and not just pennies I might add, a certain level of service is expected and required. Unfortunately, due to a difference of opinion and an extreme lack of business etiquette on The Atrium's part I have to look for a new venue with very little time. And yes...invitations were already sent to our guests. So, with that being said, if you're a risk taker I say go for it!! Otherwise, spend your money where you will be treated with dignity, respect and valued as a client so that your event will leave you with fun, beautiful and memorable moments.
