    My name is ***************************,I purchased a condo located at *********************************************************************** in June ************************************************************************************************** this unit, I scheduled an appointment with ******* steamers in which I was advised the issue was due to water damage caused by flooding and lack of maintenance, deteriorated ducts, upon these findings I contacted the *** Tierra Grande Courts many times followed up with a email in which my calls have been unanswered. I am contacting you to please help me with this nightmare-issue. I have also contacted my home owners insurance company, Travelers in which I requested to be relocated due to the hazardous health conditions and was told by my insurance company that they cannot help me either, I have also reached out to the village of ******************, spoken to the Commissioner ********************* and was advised this issue falls upon the ***, I have pictures of the hazardous ************* coming from the common area of structural damage that I will forward in a separate email. It cost me over $500 to clean the ducts, I have purchased 4 air purifiers, carbonated vent filters and coverings and spent over 10k in repairs and decorating. Im in the process of vacating my home to protect my health and safety. This is such a stressful, heartbreaking situation, I am an virtual employee in which I am exposed to these conditions 24/7.I am suffering from eye infections, headaches, respiratory issues, I had to go the urgent care in late November due to unhealthy living conditions here. I can no longer live here due the hazardous, unhealthy conditions in which it leaves me homeless in debt over 100k, paying a mortgage to protect my credit ratings.
