    The company damaged my bumper in the process of the tow. While the driver was setting down the car as it was on 3 wheels he placed **************** underneath the wheel where he took off the tire. the car was on slightly elevated drive thru. the car slipped from **************** and rolled into the back of the driver truck causing damage to the back of the bumper.

    The compliant was that the car rolled back off ****************, it never came from underneath the car. The car cant roll with 3 wheels and the forth one off. AAA denied the claim once they learned that his wife watch the car being loaded and unloaded and she never said any thing about the vehicle rolling back. The vehicle could not roll back with only 3 tires. My driver even stated that he explained the process to this guy on the phone while his wife watched the entire event. This guy lied to AAA and me so they denied his claim. We are a fair and understanding company we go over and beyond to help our customers. HIS COMPLIANT IS NOT TRUE. If that car could have even move it would have rolled over the driver and crushed him. This guy got caught lying.
