      They lied to me regarding the minimum amount of guests in the initial phone call, stating it was 20. When we booked, I said I had ***** people, and asked for the 1.5 hour party (which is $30/per person), I paid a deposit of $100. Closer to the party date, I received an email requesting additional info and they asked me to zelle $800 balance (based on 30 people) before the party. I emailed back to clarify, I was not going to zelle anything a week beforehand, and was told I could pay cash the day of. The day of the party, two people showed up, asked for the balance, I told her I would grab it and went to get it when someone stopped me to ask me something, and she literally walked up and interrupted me saying "I really need to collect payment right now, my boss has messaged me twice and I will get in trouble if I don't collect before we start" this was all in less than 15 minuets of their arrival. As the host of a party, I have a lot going on, I was on my way to get the cash, I should have had her leave right there, this was a huge red flag, it was startling, I have hosted many parties, hired many companies and have never felt this before. I just paid the balance, without questioning it, feeling very uncomfortable as her approach to collect was concerning. I did not stand there to count, elderly folks and kids were not included, but later when another person asked about it and how much I paid, I realized I had 19 (knowing I was paying for 20), but paid for 30. I then inquired about it, via email and just feel like she was trying to confuse and gas light me. I feel like they take advantage of the fact that the host is all over the place with the party and guests the day of. I don't want anyone to feel like I do after hiring a professional company for an event. I am very disappointed, and feel taken advantage of with my experience. I put a review in and she responded back with nothing but lies. Please look into this company, protect other consumers.
