    ** ****** River contacted me. We didn't agree, he felt his team did everything right and I felt I should be eligible for a refund on the second diagnostics charge with the same code. He made an ultimatum and let me know he will not be refunding me the diagnostics charge because he has to pay his mechanics and only if I let them work on their $1,100 recommendation he would be willing to take off 15%. I explained with everything that has happened I didn't feel comfortable working with his team, to email me his estimate until I figure out what I can do but I felt stuck. He got condescending and told me he was sorry that I didn't understand how things work, so I replied that I was sorry too that he is not doing a good job explaining it. I asked to speak to his manager and he said there was nobody above him, I pressed to speak to somebody else I could have better dialogue with and he said I can ****** that information. He then hung up on me. Later he emailed me a name and email: ******* ******* but won't finish the conversation and never sent me a revised estimate. Your car will need service at one point, this team does not show they have the care and communication and expertise to help you long-term. The dealership's team will give the same energy their leadership does to clients, I wish I would have read all the bad reviews other Nissan clients had with this team and ** to avoid this dealership. I'm at peace that I won't have to work with them anymore and will not be buying Nissan's in the future.

    DO NOT USE THIS COUNTRY SIDE NISSAN SERVICE CENTER!!!!they are very crooked. They new I needed a catalytic converter for my car because I was having an issue with my emissions. Just knowing that they changed four spark plugs and a few screws and told ** they didnt know what was wrong. Told ** to drive the car to see if the check engine light would come on. Then they charged ** $1400 If you have an older Nissan dont take it to them the service ***** and the manager doesnt care. Its all about taking your money. Im currently speaking with Legal to get our money back!

    Countryside Nissan salesman BJ cant be trusted, I went in to purchase a vehicle and was deceived by him. As a customer with excellent credit which i guess i shouldn't have shared with him in the beginning of how my credit worthiness has gotten me great interested rate and how i'm looking for the best rate as my first choice of finance with *********** He submitted for Ally as well as i was in hope BJ was listening to me as a customer. He came back with a lie saying Ally was giving me best rate of 8% which in turn Chase was actually giving much lower. I called the next business back in disbelief chase was higher and asked for the interest number. that was before him on that day, remind you he never showed me the interest rate of both parties as i trusted his word as we conducted business and what was good for me as payment and desire. In the end i contact both banks and found out the dealership is the one that came up with interest rate they just finance. I called to talk to him about his deceitfulness,, bad business and lack of integrity. Only to have him to ask me to call him back, which he was not available. He was quite upset that i called him out and stated "not to call him a liar" to only find out from other reviews he lied to others as well.My suggestion is that if you by a car from here be aware of BJ tactics as he will smile and laugh with you to only deceive you with no accountability of misleading and deception. I know their job is to sell cars but deception and bad practice is a under statement.
