    I took my vehicle to Meineke on November ****** because my transmission was going out I have a warranty with car shield so it was cover I got my vehicle on November 28, 2023 it was having the same issue but worse it jerk when I put it in any gear it stalled when I accelerate to increase my speed then it takes off fast the engine light come on and off I been taking my car back and forth but they keep telling me its other things so I got those things fixed and still having the problem I took my car to them in March and I was told it was something else I refuse them to fixed anything so I took my car somewhere else I called Carshield and they told me since Meineke brought the part its covered under the warranty and they have to repair it so I made an appointment for them to check my car August 1, 2024 I get there and they tell me I didnt have an appointment that they was booked to bring my car in on Monday August 5, 2024 remind you I made the appointment on Tuesday July 30, 2024 my warranty goes out in November on the transmission and since November of 2023 I been having the same problem and all I getting is new issue that need to fixed on my car but none of these issue came up on the first diagnostic they did when I drop the car off I keep getting my car is having these issues because the work I need done or the stalling before my speed increase it supposed to do that when I take it to other shop they always asked if I had work done on the engine I tell them my transmission they say I need to take it back if I could get other shops to fixed my car I would but Carshield said since Meineke brought the part they have to be the one to fixed it if Carshield would have sent Meineke the part I could have went anywhere else if I was still having problems I feel they are trying to let the warranty expired just to get the warranty company to pay more money or me paying for things thats not broke
