    Sent a camera lens into this business twice for repairs in a 3-month period. The lens was lost via *** and I never received the lens. They failed to insure the lens for its value and *** only offered the standard $100. I am out the original cost of the lens, the 2 repair costs, and the replacement lens. I did sent them a bill for the replacement lens and they no longer reply to any of my texts or emails. Total lost is $1450.35 For both lenses and 2 repairs. I might be willing to settle for the replacement cost only.

    I am rejecting this response because: UPS wants the sender to file the request for adjustment since they were the sender, which is their policy. They have all the necessary documents that I have sent them. I have not cashed their check for the original refund as I am not accepting that as full payment. What is my next step?
