I purchased the $18 car wash at the Crest Hill Fullers as we were going through the car wash the truck in front of me stop because your rollers stopped in the wash not the whole car, with car covered in foam I could not see anything outside of the car, the wash allowed my car to keep going in which I rear-ended in the back of his truck. The gentleman that were working the car wash seem to have no clue on what they were doing and were running around frantically trying to figure out why the car wash stopped as the gentleman were running around I asked what was going on and was waved off by the employee and treated very cold shouldered, the truck pulled unwashed so after the gentleman got the car wash going again I had to pull out. Car still was not washed. Only got half a car wash now I got a dent in the front of my car and no manager on site as this is happening, when I asked the gentleman that worked there, they said that there was no manager on site, and there was no one that I could talk to or at that time that could help me but they had just called the manager and that she was on her way so as I was sitting outside getting passed around to employee after employee no one helping again no manager on site and treating me like I did something wrong do after 20 minutes of waiting, the manager pulls up in her car with child in her car and has one of the men that are working which your wash is no shut down at this time, she had him go watch her kid while she goes in restarts the car wash and then she finally comes talk to me, while talking to the manager and explaining to her what was going on she told me that this was impossible and then started insinuating that I was at fault and that this could never happen so now not only am I out at $18 and a car wash, and treated like I did something which was wrong. So not only do you not have a manager on site at that time but your manager obviously does not have managing skills or communication skills
