    After working 6 days a week 12hrs a day without being late or tardy, I was out under ***** management which only sent me on dummy missions and used his friendship with the general ******* to do absolutely nothing but ride around on a golf cart. While assembling a conveyor line he managed 3 helpers to elevate a line that caused the line to fall endangering about 12 guys. He rushed over to cover it up and I call the owners son, ******. Within an hr ***** told me to pack my tools I dont need them anymore. I recorded pushing a broom over 50miles that week while being mocked and laughed at only to be the only one laid off that week for reduction in force, only for them to pay off osha in order to cover up 11c I filed. But lets talk about how dangerous it got, journeymen chasing hallucinations of people throwing screws at them through the aisles, charges union fees to people not on the union to trick them into believing they are getting in the union. Yall look great under the governors review. Due to all the falsification, lies, neglect, endangering me as a worker, blacklisting me to where Im still homeless bc of your poor business ethics, I will settle for no less than $3,927,444 + lawyer and court fees. When all I wanted was a career to start with. It was so hazardous working in dangerous conditions while everyone is out of their minds on some kind of crazy drug. How does someone as a helper have more knowledge than a 20yr journeyman? How many times did someone pass out on illegal substances or even brought them to the jobsite.
