    Unprofessional even though I was in the establishment ones day prior

    I took my car in on 6/7/2023 for a oil change, and on the 22nd of June I was right back with no oil in my car. Now when I went in on the 7th the guy broke something underneath my car. I ask what was it and the lady said just the bolt we going to replace it. So that goes back to me having to return back on the 22nd. So they did another oil change and and July 23rd my car ran out of oil and my car stop on the Express way . My car was towed and the dealership informed me I need a engine. I contacted Jiffy Lube and they told me it was not their fault I had to take a lyft to work for three weeks. I asked them to Reimburse me for the lyft ride and they said no. Don't ever take your car to this place.
