    I visited CPC Powder Coating on 02/11/2025. They were to refinish all 4 of me wheels on my car. This process includes removing the wheels from the car, removing the tires, removing **** sensors, refinishing the wheels, and reinstall everything after the finishing process is completed. I picked up the vehicle after hours and ***** minutes into my drive back home I experienced a tire blow out. I had the vehicle towed to my local tire shop where they discovered that the **** sensor on the wheel that experienced a blow out was not properly installed. This caused the tire to lose pressure while driving eventually causing the blowout. I reached out to *** and explained the situation. At that time I requested reimbursement for the tow truck and the replacement of 1 tire. *** refused to reimburse me for these items. They also refused to take responsibility for not properly installing the **** sensor. They claimed that their policy excludes them from taking any fault this policy was not shared with me at any point during the process. I also did not sign any sort of service contract. I also noticed later on the that the finish on my wheels was already failing. I got in touch with my attorney and we sent *** a demand letter on 02/19/2025. We have yet to receive any contact from *** after giving them a 10 day deadline. I requested the following amounts in the demand letter $425 for the initial service $278 for the tow truck $239.75 for the replacement of one tire

    I have sent 4 original *** 19 rims for powder coating service. After 2 months i went to pickup my rims only to find that they have swapped 2 of my original rims with 2 others exact rims that had serious and ************* and ************. When i left the facility and took them to tire shop i then had discovered the fact that they swapped them out. I went back next day but they denied my claim and asked me to leave.I left them a negative review. I called them later to resolve the issue. They said that they would resolve my issue if i had only removed it.I only need my rims back whether pained or not. Such terrible customer service.
