    December **************** 1 , September 26, 20 2024. The description of the problem was the Engine was on. The amount of monies spent was $4,686.57. The safety of driving a older senior in a safe car. But after getting the car out of the Midas building the last visit ****************** ****** was left stranded on our way to the hospital. When we got out of the car oil was everywhere on the ground.

    AMOUNT CUSTOMER IS REQUESTING IS AMOST DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF TOTAL SPENT IN THE SPAN OF 3 MONTHS , ATTACHED IS A SERVICE HISTORY AT OUR SHOP AND A CARFAX HISTORY REPORT OF LAST UPDATED MILEAGE WHICH IS 3000 PLUS MILES SINCE LAST VISIT.  CUSTOMER CAME IN 2 DAYS AFTER GETTING TRANSMISSION LINES REPLACED (12/06/2024) AND CLAIMED THE VEHICLE LEAKED ALL THE OIL,  ONCE CAR WAS BROUGHT INTO SHOP IT WAS REVEALED THAT NO OIL OR TRANSMISSION FLUID HAD LEAKED,  IT WAS COOLANT.  COOLANT LEAKED FROM CAR OVERHEATING DUE TO WATER PUMP BELT FAILURE REPLACED WATER PUMP BELT AND DROVE MULTIPLE TIMES AND VEHICLE WAS FINE... VEHICLE WAS LATER BROGHT IN FOR A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT , A WARRANTY WAS PERFORMED ON SENSORS THAT PREMATURELY FAILED AND CUSTOMER HASNT RETURNED SINCE (12/26/******
