      HOA Management company EPI Management does not respond to work requests, phone calls or emails. My living room wall was expanding over the summer due to poor insulation and a sprinkler water line placed in an exterior wall. *** sent contractors out that opened my wall leaving a huge gap 7ft by 4ft gap and the contractors left and never came back as they stated the following Tuesday. We called/emailed for weeks no response. 2nd work order was placed before we bought our unit requesting mold mildew stains to be pressure washed from front siding, countless emails and calls being told it will addressed, year goes by nothing. My husband rented a pressure washer and did it himself. But the huge removal of drywall and insulation being taken out of my living room wall and to be left like this for now going on a month with Fall season cooler weather upon us in unacceptable. This company is beyond unprofessional! They have over 62 negative reviews on ****** all similar in nature. I threatened legal action because nobody was responding and I could not get a date or time when workers were going to return to finish this project they left unfinished. **** of EPI emails stating we will wait for your attorney. They have no intention of fixing any issues, they take your HOA money monthly but fix nothing. The issue with my wall expanding was due to a previous job done by EPIs contractor installing a sprinkler line not properly. Im now having to pay out of pocket for my wall to be fixed and have to obtain an attorney to get my money back for this project they left undone that was their negligence in the first place.

      I live in *************** in ************ **. EPI management is the company who did property management. Their contract is been discontinued and I have a credit balance of $338.00 on my account. I have been requesting on how will I get the credit balance back to me from EPI but no one is responding to my emails and phone calls. When I called *************** they gave me name of *********************** but when I call EPI, no one of that name is in their directory. I have left 6 voicemail and 4 email reminders with no response. I will appreciate any help I can get to get my money back from EPI management.

      EPI management is facilitating an offer of condo deconversion with 33 Realty LLC. Some but very few unit owners were notified via email on 7.29.22 regarding the offer, flat fees for sale of condos, a meeting AND vote would be held on 8.9.2022. Only when one emailed person reach out, did they notify her that paper letters would be sent via post mail. I feel this offer is in violation of the ******** Condominium Property Act. No information was provided about relocation costs, a meeting AND the vote to be held on the same day, only one meeting when they know people work both night and day shifts here and nothing in the various languages of the homeowners. The paper notice from EPI was mailed on on July 29, thus not received until the evening of 8.1.22. It is not appropriate to provide less than 10-business day notice regarding a notice to sell and immediately vacate your condo. The owners had no information this was even being considered but are being asked to vote in less than a week's time. EPI has facilitated this for some financial reason of their own, NOT on behalf of the condo association they are supposed to be managing NOT selling! This is a horrible practice for a condo property management company to recommend having one of their properties sold and deconverted.
