    First Response Towing was contracted via State Farm to tow my vehicle to CDE, ****************************************************************** from my residence at **************************************************. The driver arrived at my house around 7:15 AM. The ticket was closed out in the app before 8:00 AM stating my vehicle was at the repair shop. When I called the repair shop to see what time I needed to come in and sign paperwork, they informed me the vehicle was not there. I called back to ********** at 8:00 AM and was told they attempted to deliver the vehicle to the repair shop and it was closed so they took it to their storage. One I asked the driver if they got there and it was closed what would happen and he stated they would leave it on their lot and put keys in the dropbox. However, they never went to the repair shop because I did mapquest at 1:00PM and the total time from my house to repair shop to their storage is 44 minutes. Seeing all this took place during morning rush it would have taken longer but the ticket was closed out in like 22 minutes. In addition they are now saying that State Farm has to pay $100 storage fee. They are scammers and liars. At this point they have stole my car. Looking at reviews from them they do things like this all the time. I had an appointment for 11:00 AM and it is hard getting an appointment for a car that is not drivable so who knows how long I will be without my vehicle. Additionally, tow truck drivers take pictures before they tow your car this driver did not but I have pictures of the condition of the vehicle prior to them getting it. Please look into this company.
