    Bought xl bird of paradise, extremly disappointed, first the leafs are folded to fit in the box and the leafs are turning yellow. Second, it brings in so many outdoor bugs, there are two spiders on leaf and some bugs under the leaf. The thing that makes us most angry is that after two weeks when we repoted the plant, two alive frogs jump out from the bottom of the pot. Both me and my husband was shocked... Not worth the risk of introducing creatures into ur home. You can get the same plant at lower a much lower price at homedepot(we figured that out later)

    We certainly do apologize for the manner in which the plant arrived. We've reviewed our customer file and do not show that the customer has contacted us notifying us of the condition; therefore we've not had the opportunity to make it right. Our policy is to replace or offer a credit based on the feedback as well as any images the customer might be able to provide. We do value our customers. We'll reach out directly to the customer.
