    The date was 2/11/2022 from the Renew Kitchen & Bath address on the invoice is Renew Kitchen & Bath *************************************************************** phone # ************ ********************************* Invoice #****, this is the same company form the ************ address, he is working out of his house. ******* had come to my house to refinishing my bathtub which he did, It had to set for best 1 month by doing so he had to take some of the plumbing off when he put it back on he didn't do it right, which cause the shower head to fall and hit the side which made a ***** he said it was there prior but admitted later it wasn't and that it was his fault. After many attempt with email and texting and phone calling he finally came back out to fix it, he never did I and then I also pointed out some run spots, he said he needed to come back because he had the wrong part, he never came to fix the spot or the run marks. **** to the address on the invoice not knowing it was his house. A lady said he didn't went to talk to me, I said he needed to fix my problem, she called me crazy so I left and told her I will be contacting the BBB, he sent me a email right away that day on 6-24-2022 saying I will be sending out a full refund in the mail that I should receive it in the next two weeks. That he currently no longer in business. It never came and I even confirm my address with him. So I'm hoping at this time you can get him to refund me like he said he was going to the total was $745.00 for fiberglass ************** refinished to white. Now when you call the ************** (which the voice mail was full in the past) is telling you call a different number ************** which is also the number I have called multiple times. I feel this person is a fraud jerking people around and not owning up to his word. How can you be currently out of business and not fix prior problems. Help
