The whole experience with Acme was superb. My husband and I are pretty fussy and we were very impressed with the entire ***************. The person who answered the phone to schedule an appointment, the gentleman who gave us the estimate and the men who performed the work were all so pleasant and prompt. They explained it well, did the work beautifully and we felt the price was very fair. COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED! I love working with companies like this!Acme Concrete Raising & Repair, Inc.

Friendly, professional, and effective firm. Quickly provided quote and did the work two weeks later. **** did the work and went above and beyond by helping me remove and reinstall a porch board to eliminate the gap between the porch boards caused by the sunken sidewalk after raising the sidewalk. That gap was the impetus for the attempt to repair it via the raising and without his extra effort my problem wouldn't have been completely solved. I received a quick and honest estimate for the work that I was to have done. I was also provided with suggestions on how to handle additional concerns which was very nice. Work was completed on time as expected. I spoke to ACME after the work that was done about what I expected, versus what was actually accomplished. Being that this was the first time I had work done without my husbands involvement I had some things to learn about how to handle an estimate and how to ask all the right questions. I thought it was very refreshing to speak with the company after the work was completed and have them make sure I was completed satisfied with the work that the did, which I was. They responded quickly to my inquiry. The technician that came explain the process and time it would take for him to complete the project. Our sidewalk is now perfectly level, and he did a great job repairing the small holes they drilled to inject the leveling agent. He also cleaned up after himself, and there was literally no sign of, anyone being at our house after he left. Very impressive process and company.Acme Concrete Raising & Repair, Inc.

**** did a raise and level of my front walkway. From start to finish the **** team was courteous, professional and very helpful. During the planning phase **** was very responsive and helpful when i had to reschedule the work. During the work the team onsite was very professional, friendly and happy to answer my questions during the process. After the work was complete they showed me the work using a level and explained every step of the process they used. The walkway is level and looks great! The **** team cleaned up after the work (work site was cleaner after than it was before). I had some follow up questions after the work and **** was again responsive and helpful. I contracted **** to do my work after they had done leveling work for my mom and the job they did there was top notch. High marks to **** for all phases of the project.
