    On 2/28/2023, I drove to Honda Northwest in ************ **. with the intention of purchasing a new 2023 Honda Cub motorcycle. I had previously contacted several Honda dealerships to determine if they had the vehicle I wanted in stock. As Honda Northwest was the closest, I drove there and discussed purchasing the Cub. I was aware of a special ****% financing being offered by Honda Powersports Citi Credit. As a first step (Or early step) my salesperson took my information and applied for the credit to ensure I qualified. After receiving approval, My salesperson wrote up the purchasing paperwork. When he presented the paperwork to me I responded to him that the charges above and beyond MSRP were too much and I was not going to sign for the purchase. ************************* (the person helping me) stated the he would keep the paperwork available if I decided to come back, And I told him I was calling some other dealerships for a price. I told him I would call him back with my decision either way I decided. After calling another Honda dealership and being offered a deal of more than $900.00 less for an $1895.00 motorcycle, I called Honda Northwest and told him I would not be returning to purchase the motorcycle. He informed me that since I was approved for the credit from Honda Powersports, I could use the credit there. I purchased a motorcycle from a different dealership. Upon receiving my first bill from Honda Powersports Credit, I found a charge for 2 motorcycles. 1 from Honda Northwest for $3592.40 and 1 from Freeport Honda for $2,645.00. I told Honda Powersports Credit that one of the charges was not authorized, and they will not drop the charge since they say the charge was not fraudulent since I applied for the credit. I have contacted Honda Northwest multiple times asking them to refund the money to the credit company and they have repeatedly insisted they never received any money from Honda Powersports Citi Credit, so they will not refund.
