    I am filing this complaint on behalf of a colleague in my office. I am assisting her in this matter. In August 2022, she hired Eagle Adjusting Corp. and ***************************** (as licensed public adjusters) to process a hail damage claim with ****************** The claim was adjusted and a check for almost $12,000 was endorsed by the insured over to Eagle Adjusting. Eagle hired a roofer to make the repairs, which were completed in December 2022. In January 2023, the roofer advised my colleague that they had not been paid, and the roofer has since filed a mechanics lien against their home. I have spoken and corresponded with ****************** several times since then, who does not deny that the roofer has not been paid. He claims to be in ****** dealing with some medical condition. He set an appointment to meet in June, which he cancelled the day before - claiming once again to be in ****** for medical treatment. I note that there is another very similar complaint on the BBB website involving this company. Several thousand dollars remain to be collected on this claim, but Farmers will only process this with the participation of the public adjuster on the file.

    It was recommended by my insurance provider ( Liberty Mutual) I contact BBB in regard to my issue. Beginning of 2021 my roof was damaged by a storm. I have hired Eagle Adjusting Corporation as my **************** ***************** has approved the repairs to be made and issued and sent a check to Eagle Adjusting Corporation. Til this day I have not had my roof repaired and Eagle Corporation keeps rescheduling. This has been going on for past two years. My last communication with Eagle was on 03.01.23 and his current excuse is that he is out of the country for next two weeks and will begin as soon as they get back. This is at least 15th time they have rescheduled on me. I would like Eagle to either fix my roof or return the money. Liberty Mutual are not willing to provide me with information how much money was paid out to Eagle Adjusting Corp.
