    management and staff was not available to help with the attack from a white kid. go to the business website to file a complaint when the website doesn't provide that type of ************************ where the managers on duty I spoke with that denied me info I needed for the incident as well as they laughed in my face....

    It was my daughters birthday party. The host was rude to everyone. Making faces all the time. My guests had to wait 10 minutes to get the socks and bends. I had to remind her about things. Ruined my cake when cutting. She pretty much skreamed at some of the moms to take the jackets and shoes from the room even tho it was still few more minutes till the end. She didn't want to help me with the gifts to move it out off the room. I had my two year old son with me and balloons and still had to ask 3 times for help.
