    purchased tickets through AMEX travel and I returned it in Mar 2022, but they only returned as airline credits with the same person on same destination! its fine, but when attempted to book the flight in June 2023, they told me the ticket credit has already expired! they didn't give me any remind, and the whole process of ticket return and booking is very suffering, you will need to make a 10min call with a robot and get transferred to a person who can barely speak english and very noise background.

    My experience is nearly identical to the previous review from ************** used Amex travel to book a flight for a business trip. Long story short, the Amex rep told me that they canceled my flight and I would be refunded in a few days. It turns out that Amex did not cancel the flight and I am still being charged for it. Amex owned the mistake and assured me I would receive my refund in a few days. It's been over a month later I am still getting the run around. Today I was even offered a $500 travel voucher to drop my refund case (my refund is for $786 and I am now accruing interest on the purchase). They claimed the voucher is their way of "meeting in the middle" which is beyond insulting since Amex caused the mistake (and admitted to causing it).Learn from my experience - book the travel yourself and never let Amex handle it for you.
