This problem goes back to last April... ** ice storm forced a large tree down on to my roof. it bridged over the gutter and made a hole in my roof. The ********************* homeowners hired Red Oak to remove the tree from my roof since it was in their common area... Red Oak came out and removed the tree but damaged the gutter in the process. .I spoke with the owner ******** 3 times by phone and sent several e mails with details and pictures .... I even sent him a video I took showing the actual moment the tree fell on my gutters... I can send you this video. When I confronted *********** first said "they didnt do it" .... .... Fortunately I have several more before and after pictures of the gutter ... They basically dropped a **** pound piece of tree on my gutters....crushing them....I shopped around and found the least expensive gutter company to repair the gutter. The resolution im requesting is to have Red Oak pay me 420 dollars for the repair... I will also send the quote from the gutter company... Thanks for your help
