  ****, the technician, was very helpful. He arrived on time, described his plan for repair and kept me informed. From my first encounter with the company to my last, I was informed, treated very kindly and professionally, and the price point was appropriate for the work I needed done. I highly recommend this company!

  This company is awesome! I struggled to find a contractor to address several unrelated issues on the exterior of my home. ***** was at my home within a day to assess and provide a few proposals and probable cost structure. First task was to find the right material for the solution, and then the correct size and number of parts. At the end of the season, it was unclear of a start and completion date due to weather. They rocked it and did a wonderful job - not only on time, but early. With a scheduled and unneeded day, I asked them if they would come back that otherwise unneeded day to clean out all my gutters. They sent me a quote, which worked for me that day. They were back the next morning at 8 am and cleaned out all the gutters. Finally, after they finished all their work, I asked them for a quote to replace vinyl siding that had torn. ***** asked me if I had an extra piece, we dug it out and it was replaced in 20 minutes. They thoroughly knocked through my entire checklist that I gave them. They did a great job for a very fair price. My only request would be that their contracts detail the work that they are bidding on so that there is a record of the work that is to be done. Their customer service and work product is exceptional!

  This company is THE BEST!!! I cannot praise them enough or it'll be too long and y'all won't read it! I'm just so grateful that I found Innovative Home Concepts because they were beyond amazing! This was such a huge thing for me and my family and from connecting with **** to working with ***** who has gone above and beyond in every way to help us and **** coming out and ***** as PM and the lightening fast ************* that took 3 days to beautifully transform by **** sf home if has been a dream come true! They could not have made things any easier for us. Always available for anything you may need and at almost any time. Just amazing. They truly encompass what it means to be an honest hard working quality company who really cares. A rare find. If you need siding or roofing or any services they offer seriously do yourself a favor and just make this one call... you'll thank me later and you are more than welcome! Thank you again infinity Innovative Home Concepts because I can't say it enough and would challenge anyone who says otherwise because I have the proof. :)

  I called Innovative after a bad wind/hail storm to come out and inspect my room free of charge. After damage was brought to my attention, they did absolutely EVERYTHING, from dealing with my insurance, having a representative on site when insurance company did their inspection, and even completed ALL the repairs within 2 weeks time. After a second ice storm, I called them back to inspect my room. They replaced shingles that were still under warranty the very next day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
