Most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had at an automotive shop. I called to have an alignment done on my vehicle (which the lady on the phone was pleasant at that time), but then when it comes to the day I took it in the first reception was very unpleasant. I sat for over an hour (which is the amount of time it should take to do an alignment) to have the second receptionist lady come out and tell me I have over $2,000 worth of problems, but the moment I asked for the mechanics to show me the things that were wrong I was refused me request and greeted with an attitude, and charged $60 for a diagnostic fee, but was refused to be shown proof of the diagnostics. It’s very disappointing, and concerning. I have never been to a shop that was not willing to show me what was wrong with my vehicle. Clark’s Garage will never get my business again, and I will recommend people to go to anyone else BUT them.

I have taken my car to Clark’s for years and have spent thousands of dollars there. My recent experience with Clark’s was horrible and I will never take my car there again. I went to Clark’s to have the battery and alternator replaced in my car but, 10 days later my car would not start. I had to have my car towed and another mechanic told me that my battery I just had put in was completely dead. I went back to Clark’s with my mother to discuss our options about being reimbursed for either the tow or battery. During our conversation with the owner, my mother and I were verbally abused and threatened to have the police called on us. As my mom went to reach for their business card, Clark (the owner) snatched the cards from my mothers hand and stated, “Get the **** out!” It was incredibly shocking to see a man I have been doing business with for years try to intimidate my mother and I. Clark’s Garage has lazy and careless mechanics working for them that will charge you based on how you look. It is better to take your car elsewhere unless you want the worst experience of your life.
