    March 10th **** and his hired men came to start roofing tear apart and complete replace as well as gutters. What should have taken 3 days has taken 4 months and is still not complete. Also upon review and 2 opinion, is not done correctly and will cause major leaking issues. Several attempts to reach out go unanswered, until a social media message was sent, then **** called and stated he would return, only to give 3 more excuses to get the job done. I want a refund to have another company fix and replace what he should done. I have been blocked on all social outlets and only to find out he has continued working with no issues on other homes. He Continue to complain he has no help but posts completed work from other homes. Do the job and do it correctly or give substantial refunds to fix the remaining repairs.

    On 7/19/23, ***** ***** emailed BBB to submit additional information to her complaint. This email was uploaded to the library, but is being logged as a message as well. 

    I need to add…

     

    I paid $18,500.  $13,00 at front, and $5,500 once we did our walk around.  Then they didn’t come back.   I have my stubs from the receipts and my bank account showing they deposited.

     

    I also do not have a formal contract, they said they would draw on up and never delivered.  I have asked for refund and was told no.  They would get the work done.  Yet here we are
