04/28/2023 I went to Carmack Car Capitol in Danville, Il. I was looking at a 2017 hyundai elantra. This dealership promised to lower the price of the car and replace 2 tires that the car need. When the offer was shown to me itemized, the car price was not lowered, and was an outrageously priced. So, I declined the offer. At 7:00pm while waiting on my ride I received a "Congratulations on your car purchase ******!". Thinking nothing of it, I left when my ride arrived. The next morning, I received another text telling me to sign into the loan app. After this text, I called the loan company listed, where I was informed that the loan was active and open for the car that I looked at and rejected the offer. The company informed me they have electronically signed documents for this loan. They informed me to sign into the app and view the documents which I've downloaded. The owner, manager, and everyone else I talked to about this were very rude. Ultimately, they canceled the loan, but I'm worried my credits going to drain from this.

So I seen a car on Carmack website so I went to see it. First I wanted to walk out with them to see the car, and my salesman insisted I stay at his desk he would bring me the car. When he finally came back 15 mins went by. I asked why did it take the long. He had to jump the battery I was watching out the window. We test drove it and the steering wheel was lose. I asked several time why he told me buicks are just that way. Then I was called in the office to sign papers and was made (had no choice) to buy a warranty 2k which I could not afford. The drove it.home on a Friday sat morning battery was smoking. The alternator went out took it in Monday told them I either wanted my money back or them to fix the alternator refund for battery, leak in air heat system and rack in pinion steering. ( I know alot about cars) the salesman argued with me for over a hour. I left the car called the next day talked to the manager after 2 days he drove it took it to the shop and called said I was right and they would fix it or give me a different car. Well I told them no I want money back. They then said Carmack would fix it. They had it almost 4 weeks and then I find out on the day I picked it up the warranty I bought paid to fix it. I've had it 2 days went thru 3 serpentine belts to find out the pully on alternator was to small. I don't feel like my warranty should have pd to fix it or I had to pay for 2 belts labor to have them put on and then to have my mechanic fix it. I'm disabled and need a reliable car and been stranded twice canceled 4 Dr apps and the stress on me!!! I have talked 12 people that Carmack has done this to too. I need help with this I want my car fixed right and want to take it to a place I trust, all my trust in Carmack is gone
