    I have reached out them twice by phone message and five time vei email and no return response.
    Simply as their homepage states "easy returns".
    I would like to do a return.

    Hello,

    We are diligently following up on this to help our customer. The customer initially contacted us regarding a return for a wheel that was ordered by mistake.

    We promptly approved the return request and provided the address and RMA number. However, we have not received any further information from the customer about the return, nor have we received a tracking number for the return shipment.

    The claim that we did not respond to the customer promptly is untrue; we addressed all inquiries within two hours. We believe we have fulfilled our obligations, and the delay in returning the wheel lies with the customer. Therefore, the complaint regarding communication is unfounded.

    Given these circumstances, we find this complaint to be unjustified. Please proceed to close the request. We have been operating our business for over ten years and have a substantial number of positive reviews from our customers.

    Attached are images of our conversations with the customer for your review. We kindly ask that you consider all the details provided and arrive at a fair decision.

    Yes, Very prompt is sending out my order.

    Yes, I ordered the incorrect size.

    No, Absolutely no response to several attempts vei email on Wheel Synergy home page or telephone messages left in regards to a return.

    I will in the next couple of days duo to my work  schedule return my  purchase by ***.

    The only reason I have the BBB involved, is I was at a dead end in receiving information for a return.

    Seems that we are at an in pass with regards to which version of the truth is honest. I stick with my explained events.

    Tomorrow Monday 2/10/2025 I will stopping by an *** store to ship my order back.

    Upon arriving home I will log onto Wheel Synergy home page and use their email system to provide the *** tracking number.

    You all my boast about the volume of satisfied customers, longevity and good standing. I can only present my side of the story to the  best of my ability. Not one here to get one over a company, just honest truth.
