    Last year my elderly mother bought a new AC/furnace and it had a warranty that came with it. She has not had a full year yet and it is broken, she has called numerous times and left numerous messages and even spoke to the owner who came out to the house a few times to look at it and said ‘she would be top priority’. It’s been over six weeks and her AC unit is still not fixed. They keep giving her the runaround about where the part is. My mother is in her 70s and the temperature outside has been over 90°. She is using what fans she has to stay cool but the house is still reaching high temperatures.
