    Installation
    - employees arrive smelling of cannabis
    - after installation floor board lifted up not keeping floor sealed

    Contact salesman
    - states he would have them return to fix
    - after a week and a half no one responded or contacted us
    - store contacted again stating they would send the employees out and we could contact the employee who installed by phone
    - multiple voicemails left for employee with no response
    - contact company again to find out the salesman we had no longer works there.
    - after speaking to a different salesman we requested someone else fix it since the employee who installed it has not responded
    - 2 more weeks corporate was contacted

    - after leaving we find the floor to have damage by box knife and a gap not contact the floor to keep a seal.
    - corporate employee contacted 2-3 times within 2 more weeks to fix and has not responded to fix

    The BBB called the business on 1-27-2023, This is an overview of the phone call.

    The business ( **** *** ***) came out to the consumers home to check on the damages, they decided they will order a box of flooring to repair the damaged areas. They will also look into the baseboard issue as well.
