      I have tried to reach this company since 4/5/23. Sent 5 emails and left 5 messages as no picks up and goes straight to voicemail. Please see my email below.       19937128   Pillay, Praveen         - he was on a payment plan. he has access to Hotels nationally. Our hotel service costs $3,995.95/year. He has been a customer for 4 years. He was told over and over the price had increased. We offered a refund and close his account, however he said he wanted the account.

      That is a total absurd lie. Apparently this company has been robbing people. I never agreed to annual cost of$3,395. We always had an annual payment of $755.00 ONLY!!!

      We closed our account and got email confirmation of closure. Company repeatedly continues to charge our credit card fraudulently. Call are met with answering machine with no responses. No email responses either.

      Billing me for services I cancelled they have been billing me $799 a month for at least 7 times and $199 once. This dates back to 2021 as far as I can tell right now. I have requested statements from early dates that will be $5 per statement, So far the amount is $5792 plus $975 in finance charges. plus the statements I ordered which will be $120 for a total of $6,887.00
