    I am rejecting this response because: 
    I never received the prior email which had the attached response from them. Have a few concerns:
    Did not receive a phone call from **************** as indicated
    I called the phone number that appeared on all three of my credit bureaus which showed up at **************. I called this number as it was provided to me by the credit bureaus, as provided to them by the inquiring company.
    I know the local counsel has received some payments from **************** over the years and I have reached out to our local counsel for more details
    The debt was settled with their Local Counsel, ********* & ******** P.C., on July 24, 2020 through their office located at *********************************************************************************************************************** with a phone number of **************. They have not heard anything back more than likely since their local counsel, to which the debt was paid in full to the settlement offer, is permanently closed.

    It continues to be unfair.  I am not changing the story.  I realize now that the document was in the bag that was stolen.  Also, take a look at all of the complaints about this company.  I wish I had read the complaints beforehand.
