      We purchased two items from Leather Creations in ********* ***** years ago - an L-shaped sectional for our family room and a regular 3-seat couch for our living room. Both items still look amazing due to the high quality craftmanship and the outstanding quality of the leather. It's not easy to find full-grain leather couches nowadays, so the store prices are on the higher end, but you get what you pay for. One of the couches we bought was a floor sample, so the pricing was great for that one. When we were ordering the sectional, all the sale associates were extremely helpful and patient with us, as we did take time to figure out our needs. They gave us several leather samples to take home so that we could decide which color would work better with our floors and walls. Also, it's fantastic that they give a life time warranty on their products, so one doesn't have to worry about expensive repairs. In addition, they give free foam core to stuff the cushions when they start losing shape. Overall, great experience with the store!

      We purchased a sofa from Leather Creations 19 years ago and have been happy with the quality and wear of the sofa over these years . Pleased to find the shop still in ********* and helpful showroom staff there. With our inquiry for replacement foam for inside of bottom seating. ***** informed us of choices and took care of ordering without any difficulty. We look forward to receiving replacements soon and many more years of comfortable seating. Thanks for help

      We had leather creations build us a custom leather couch and custom seats for our theater room approx 15 years ago and we are having some issues with the seat cushions, not the leather as the leather is holding up beautifully but the actual cushions so we stopped in the store today to discuss our options and the staff was absolutely wonderful as the gave us free at no charge additional stuffing for the back cushions and ordered new bottom seat cushions for inside the leather bottom seating. After 15 years the staff was extremely helpful and friendly and resolved our issue I would highly recommend this store and product to anyone that asks.

      We wanted a well made, durable, beautiful, leather sectional couch that was not made in *****. A friend told us about Leather Cfeations, and were so glad she did. Dealing with both ***** and ****, who were knowledgeable and responsive, was great. Any questions or concerns, before and after purchasing the couch, were answered promptly, competently and with respect. We love our sectional, as well as Leather Creations warranty and customer service. What a pleasure to deal with a wonderful company when making such a big purchase.

      I am so extremely pleased with my new purchase. The sofa was custom designed to my measurements, I picked the type of couch I wanted, the type of leather and the color and then we designed the ottoman with storage to go with it. I needed something durable for my 2 Dobermans... And this is exactly what I was looking for. It is as beautiful as I expected and came in earlier than expected.

      My *********** purchased a leather couch from Leather Creations in 2008. This purchase happened when we got back home from our honeymoon in ******. We brought along a bag of sand from Maui where we got married because we wanted our couch to be that color due to a ******** theme in our house. Well, they matched our bag of sand perfectly to an Italian leather color that no longer existed but they had just enough to create our **************** Well, it's been 14 *********** marriage & the couch are still going strong. This couch is super comfy, so much so...that we should have replaced the padding in it awhile ago but didn't notice. It is recommended that you replace them at a certain year of use, but definitely exceeded that. It has a little creakiness sometimes in a small section due to people falling asleep so easily when laying to watch TV. But guess what...Leather Creations takes care of that for free for the life of your purchase. You can't beat that! My father-in-law, God rest his soul, sat in the same spot every time he came over and fell asleep within minutes, sometimes in mid conversation. I loved that he felt that comfortable in our home and Leather Creations has everything to do with that extremely wonderful memory that I have of my father-in-law visiting our home. Of course, we are due for new padding to refresh it & will be doing so to make sure that it is at the top comfort level that it can be. This couch puts new guests at ease & return guests want every game night, movie ************* here. The ************ matching **** sold it to us & the equally great Manager ****** has been so helpful to ensure our couch gets some minor touch *** to restore it to an almost new status. Most stores would push an expensive purchase & lose the customer. ****** backed their ************ will come at a very low cost to me. Their product speaks for itself & has earned every recommendation. I'd be a fool not to make my next purchase ********** mom didn't raise a fool!
