    Absolutely worst customer service!! I keep trying to cancel my account, but it just says cancelation is "pending" while they keep charging me! The only way to get a hold of anyone is through a chat feature, but even when you try contacting them during their posted times of 10am-7pm Central Time, the chat keeps saying there are no agents available then disconnects. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, because it is impossible to actually get a hold of anyone!

    Do not cancel through the website because they will claim that a cancellation request never occurred.Cancel through the chat box so that at least you have a paper trail of the dialogue between you and the agent.Horrible mobile application, outdated website (looks like it was built in the early ****s), and customer service is pretty bad. I have a copy of the chat between me and a customer service representative if anyone wants to see how bad it is.I'm going to have to pay Communikate $36.95. I have no way to get this money back unless I do a lawsuit, which is not worth doing considering the small amount.But man charging $36.95/month for a garbage communication application (Slack is only $7.25/month! And it's WAY better) is highway robbery.
