      I am sure this complaint will cause retaliation (which is against the company policy and law).I complained about the center manager and when he wasn't there for a few weeks/months I said I was GLAD he was gone because the center ran better,Today he came back and confronted me and said "how do you know my situation, I was in the hospital with my dying dimentia parents" or something like that, yet it doesn't matter my mother died 15 years ago and my father has 2 years to live with stage 4 kidney failure. At the point this guy confronted me it was at the point where i HAD to say sorry or not donate that day and get paid.He doesn't have any empathy for my dead mother nor for my father. He treated me like garbage and LIED to me multiple times. I *WAS* truely glad when he was gone, it was a better center. I am not the only one who has had issues with him but I was told there was a no retaliation act for submitting a complaint against a worker and he came up in my face and made it like if i didn't kiss his behind or apologize i would be banned, Again, if you want to ban me from donating that's fine but you need to know I have ZERO empathy for the manager of this center now and after he strong armed me I wish nothing good for his family.

      The Takeda Help At Hand program has helped me access a necessary prescription for almost one year. The prescription is shown to cost me $1000 a month which is very much out of budget. I received paperwork to renew my application from the program in my mailbox a few weeks ago. I completed it and submitted it to my physicians office to be completed. I hadnt heard anything and am out of my medication now. I asked for a refill and they first told me it was approved and will be delivered in 3-5 business days. Then she said hold on and eventually said my prescription had no renewals. I asked if my application had been renewed and she proceeded to tell me that there is a lot of information missing in my application and that I used the incorrect application. I stated it was mailed to me by their organization. She said theres nothing I can do and that I have to complete the new application before they can help me. I asked to speak to a manager to see if I can at least get a month now and will complete the application and she said there is nothing more to do and shes dealt with several others in the same situation. So it sounds like their system has the issue and sent an outdated application to patients and they did nothing to correct the issue and will not help correct their error. It is very frustrating that the prescription cost is so high to begin with and then to have issues with their organization and offer no helpful solution to someone with medical needs is irresponsible.
