    I don't even know where to start. I began a 401k rollover on 12/28/22. I have made several calls, been blown off by ***** (1/10/2023) finally got a better better attitude and an escalation ticket # RELIUS-****** (1/26/22) from *******. Was told then to give it ***** hrs. Got a call from someone who was just following up and must have not known I talked to ******* earlier that day. This person had no idea what was going on and had no new information. She was just "following up". This is every ***** I have to my name. I have spoken with several others along the way. Alliance Plan! ************************* Retirement Plan ID: **** Plan sponsor: ***************, MD PA Ticker number RLBGX Headed to Ameritrade Account number *********. There is no customer service number on the website. The only number is if you have technical difficulty seeing the website. There is no way to email them. American Funds Amer Balanced R6 RLBGX $29.66 Allocation--50% to 70% Equity 100%$9,806.16 There is a number written on the sheet that has the Alliance Plan! with various addresses, including one for *************************. I don't know if it's the account number for ************************* or me personally. I think *************************. The number is Acct#****** The telephone number I got from the Internet is ************. I just want my money transferred to where it is supposed to be going, which is TD Ameritrade, ********************************** to a rollover **** I asked for an in kind transfer, but was not able to do that. I don't care. That's fine. I just want my money sent to the right place. It's been over a month!
