  I attended a 5-year old's birthday party on Sunday March 17th at your Deerfield, ******** location.I observed a blonde-haired female employee scream at the top of her voice, at children, including my own, for about an hour. After this employee screamed at 4 little girls. I confronted her, asking her why she is screaming and suggested they would listen better if she was nicer to them. She replied angrily by saying "Don't tell me how to do my job".At this point, I was fed up, so I told your employee to "f*ck off." She then told me she was kicking me out for cussing at her. I did not resist, collected my belongs and child. As I was doing this, the 4 little girls I defended, and their mother, came over to say "thank you" for sticking up for them.As I left, I confronted the manager (a male) near the front desk. I suggested that the female employee has some anger issues and should not be around children, and pointed to the fact I was thanked for my actions.The manager replied that "I think she is doing a great job". I replied that neither of them should be qualified to be working around kids. He replied he makes great money, and suggested he is more well off then I am.At this point, I'm a little taken aback. I understand why the employee was upset, but I expect a manager to be a little more even-tempered and considerate.As I reached down to collect my belongings, the manager leaned closely to me (so no one else could hear him) and said the following to me:"I bet your wife is fat and has a stinky p*ssy." Manager of the Deerfield, ******** Kids Empire location.After hearing that about my wife, I called him a "f*cking asshole", pulled out my camera phone and began to film. In the video I will be sharing with you, I asked him to repeat what he had just said about my wife. He replied "what did you just call me?" which I repeated that's he's a "fucking asshole". My child and I left shortly thereafter.

  It costs $19 for a child to stay and play. I brought two of my children there (one 2 and one 7). The 7 year old was there for a birthday party. I went to pay $19 for my 2 year old to play and they wanted to charge me a party fee for the 2 year old since their siblings was there for a party. The party fee is $46 because it includes a meal, goody bag. I explained multiple times that the 2 year old was just staying to play and not for the party. They said it was a new (made up policy not written anywhere) that any sibling of a party guest staying must pay the party fee. I obviously didnt pay for my 2 year old and left. When I came back two hours later to pick up my 7 year old, they came up to me yelling and harassing me that I had to pay $46 as if I was sneaking my 2 year old in (who I was holding the entire time). I wasnt even there for more than 5 minutes picking my 7 year old up and they were threatening to call the cops on me. I literally walked in (holding my 2 year old the whole time), found my 7 year old, had her out her shoes on and say goodbye and the manager wouldnt stop harassing and yelling at me when it was very clear I was there to pick up my 7 year old. I never raised my voice or did anything to be treated and harassed the way I was. Horrible!!!
