    Order and payment Date: 12/8/24. Shipment dates 12/10/24 - 12/20/24. Every correspondence has been almost the same response. I am told that the shipping department will have a tracking number at the end of the day and I hear, nothing more so I once again email to hear the same thing written just a little different. I asked for the situation to be escalated to a Supervisor and was still hit with the same type of answer. I found a phone number ************ which I called and was told to leave a name and number to say it twice I did this and still received no responses. I originally contacted them because I never received no receipt and could not find any order information when I signed in. The last last time I tried to sign into my account it gave me and error message saying I didn't have an active account.

    On Wednesday, November 13th, I purchased two small vehicles from brick loot as Im a Lego master and have a big following on ********. It was my intent to showcase them on my page. I havent heard from these people since, not a confirmation not a tracking number nothing. This place is truly a scam. A friend of mine sent me a set from them so I thought they were legit but after this and seeing the other comments here on BBB about them, I see I was scammed.

    This is my second experience with a Gift Subscription for a Brick Loot order for a grandson. Both times they did not acknowledge it as a Gift Subscription that would end at a specific time. I caught them on the first one they tried to go over. I signed up on their website for a three month gift subscription for a grandson out of state (Im in **, he is in MD) on December 6, 2023. I expected this gift would go out to him December, January and February. I received an email confirmation from Brick Loot (by my request) of my 3 month gift on December 8, 2023. I received a notification of the December shipment by email. Since then nothing. I am currently out in ******** visiting my grandson and saw the pile of Brick Loot boxes- my daughter had no idea who was sending them. I checked my credit card account and saw that ******************** has been billing my credit card in 3 month increments twice more for delivery until September! I did not authorize this. I wrote them and called them on July 10th from MD and have no response. I wrote them this morning providing proof of the emails we exchanged confirming my 3 month order and expected a response. Instead I received a tracking notification of delivery of another Brick Loot set to my grandson! Prior to this I never received notice of any delivery. I called and left another message. I want the billing stopped and I want a refund of the 2 Three month subscriptions they improperly billed me for. *********************

    I paid for a subscription box from the company on May 10, 2024. I paid $39.28. The company charged me immediately. I never heard from the company about when or if they sent the package. I never received any package. When I login, the account shows no information about where my purchase is-just that it was made. The company contacted me on June 4 to let me know my subscription was ending in June. I cancelled it because I never received my first package. I tried to contact the company through several different avenues - various email addresses listed on their site, and their in-site contact form. The company has failed to contact me back in regard to any resolution. I would like a refund.

    For my birthday I attempted to purchase a brickloot LIL news van building toy for ***** plus shipping. Cool. I went to process my payment and they took my money off my card but the order on their site keeps showing my payment info is incorrect!!!!! THEY STOLE MY **** MONEY!,, and Im call the attorney generals office next.

    ************************************************** makes it easy to subscribe but does not state how to cancel other than edit your account, which does not stop a subscription. Further, my subscription states it does not auto renew, but it does.
