    On 04/14/2023, my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JKU was left for service/repairs at Kinda Krazy Kustoms, **************************************************. *************************, owner of the business assured me that he was certified and familiar with working on Jeeps. While at Kinda Krazy Kustoms, $1730.56 worth of work was completed on my Jeep. Since the work, I have noticed a clunking noise on the front end and it is harder to turn the wheel. I had my Jeep inspected by another mechanic on 8/4/2023. ***** at Kinda Krazy Kustoms did not perform the work correctly. A nut was missing from the frame on the driver's side and the Rough Country Dual Steering Stabilizer was installed incorrectly. The stabilizer is rubbing on the track bar and has caused damage to the new parts. I notified ***** of the issue and asked for my money back as I have to pay someone else to repair his work. I spoke with ***** at Rough Country and was informed that they will not warranty the part as it was installed incorrectly. I am also a member of several Jeep groups and I have recently learned that several other members have had the similar issues. ***** should not be in business. My Jeep is unsafe to drive at this point.

    customer messaged us mouth later and we looked at pics and found the her complaint is not related to us as she claims her lower ball joint nut is missing and we didnt do lower ball joints and her dual steering stablizer is just a adjustment needed. We conacted the alignment shop that does our alignments for us that we didnt charge her for a wheel alignemt and they said a wheel alignment couldnt be done with out it and was on it and we offered to replace the nut and adjust everything for free to help her out. we installed upper ball joints and tie rod ends and she even after the work was done gave us a great review and loved her jeep and now months later she says something. please note while customer was here at our shop she told our employeess that she as people at her work take things off her Jeep and all.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The shop owner is a liar and has a history of fraudulent activities. ***** was more concerned with asking me out and telling me about his divorce than anything else. I did not leave a review of the business. The shop is not addressing the issue with the dual steering stabilizer and the damaged it has caused to my Jeep. I park in the employee lot that is monitored by both security and cameras. The allegation that someone stole the nut is absurd.  I'm not surprised that the shop owner would back peddle on the verbal offer made via voicemail to return some of my money.  Pathological liars are often difficult to deal with and I should have done more research on the shop owner.

    I am the office manger and called and left a message and we offered to refund the money she paid for the steering stablizer and or to have another pne given to her brand new in the box from Rough Country and we have not heard back from her

    GOOD AFTERNOON AND WE CONTACTED CUSTOMER AS WE DID REFUND HER PART OF HER MONEY AS SHE AGREE'ED THAT THE WORK WE DID DO WAS RIGHT BUT THE ALIGNMENT SHOP LOOSED A NUT AND WE CALLED HER AND OFFERED TO REFUND PART OF HER MONEY AND SHE AGRREE;ED AND CAME AND PICKED UP HER REFUND AND LEFT HAPPY
