    I paid this company $496.69 for an entry door install and the entry door which was $278 - invoice ******. I made payments in February and March of 2024. I also paid $210 in May 2024 - invoice ****** for a toilet repair. I have texts and emails from the company stating that they refused to complete the work. I have texts and emails from the company agreeing to give me a refund. They made excuses and changed their story multiple times. They would not give me the receipt for the entry door, so I am asking for the difference of what I received in credit At Menards vs the value of the door they charged me - $93. I feel that I am being fair and am asking for a refund which they agreed.

    Sign agreement with said company on 5/4/2024 to negotiate with insurance company and do storm damage repairs to home. Roof, gutters and siding etc. Paid $1622.19 6/18/2024 by insurance company for repairs. Company came out and took roof and siding samples. Put tarp on roof found out later materials are discontinued and needed complete replacement costing *********. ***************** mailed me a check for ********* on 10/15/2024 to get started. As of 10/28/2024 company has not returned any phone calls or messages about completing any work until 11/4/2024 after when I sent an email informing them I was not happy with them not communicating and I would no longer be doing any business with them further requesting a refund. Company then claimed they attempted contacting me but left no messages and now making lien threats if they dont get paid 25% of insurance claim.
